| NCTF is an association of ten of America's finest not-for-profit theatres dedicated to increasing the participation of corporations and their employees in support of theatre across the country and in New York. |
For thirty years, NCTF has raised millions of dollars for its member theatres. It now boasts over 40 major corporate supporters, and its fundraising activities grow significantly in scope each year. Under the guidance of Executive Director Bruce E. Whitacre, NCTF has broken through in theatre sponsorships and media ventures, and it has created a network of affiliate theatres for participation in sponsorship initiatives. NCTF has also begun a Patron Program for individual donors, a Fund for Theatre Education, and has centered its fundraising efforts around grassroots access programs that bring the employees of supporting corporations into close contact with the world of theatre, both in New York and across the country. Below are just some of the services NCTF offers its corporate partners.

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
Save My Seat® Discount Ticket Program
Save My Seat® offers employees easy access to a wide range of Broadway and Off-Broadway plays at significant savings. Discounts are made available through the NCTF website, which provides play listings and discount codes enabling employees to book the tickets and obtain discounts either online, over the phone, or directly from theatre box offices. Employees can also register on the website for email updates and invitations to special events that match their particular interests.
New York’s Best Kept Secret Program
This program provides access to eleven of New York’s hottest off-Broadway companies. The program includes special discounts at all eleven of these theatres, special email blasts to interested registered users, and programs and events aimed at introducing corporate audiences to the exciting work being done at these companies all around the city.
Save My Seat® USA
This program entitles corporate employees to discounts for shows and/or seasons at our ten member theatres in major cities around the country. This special arrangement with our member theatres enables corporate employees to participate in local theatre activities in their home cities or when they are traveling.
CLIENT CULTIVATION
Concierge Ticket Service
NCTF’s Concierge Ticket Service, also known as our House Seat Program, provides access for corporate executives to the “best seats in the house” at Broadway and Off-Broadway shows for personal or client use. This program, which provides tickets at face value plus a minimal $15 service charge per ticket, saves our supporters thousands each year in broker fees.
EMPLOYEE EVENTS & CLIENT ENTERTAINMENT
Theatre Party Planning
NCTF staff can assist our corporate supporters in arranging theatre parties for clients or employees in groups of 15 or 20 and up. We can arrange a group rate and personal appearances by leading entertainment industry personalities. We can also help in advising on what shows might be of interest, including shows that will be opening in the upcoming months.
DIVERSITY
Spotlight Series
NCTF can put together events that meet the special interests of corporate employee resource networks. Past events include an evening at the Pulitzer Prize-winning Broadway show Anna in the Tropics for the Hispanic networks of KPMG, Verizon and Citigroup, and an event at Broadway’s The Color Purple for members of the African-American affinity groups of several supporting companies, including Bank of America and American Express. Events include deeply discounted tickets as well as possible opportunities to interact with the artists involved in the production.
